As part of the ever-growing Manchester Metrolink tram system, a new line was built straight through Oldham town centre. To enhance Oldham’s image, they commissioned from us two large coats-of-arms to adorn each side of a new tramway bridge.
The master pattern was carved entirely by hand and the 1500mm square coats-of-arms cast in aluminium and picked out in multiple colours,
